I am overwhelmed at how helpful this whole staff is they go above and beyond to help their customers in any way they can. I was a simple uhaul customer just looking for information and Chrissy took the time and effort to find me the equipment I needed. and Wayne called to help me verify the reservation. All in all great customer service at this facility.
Just don't! Cut locks and charges on your card that were not authorized. And if you bring it to their attention you won't get anything but an it wasn't us... ok but it happened here and it sure wasn't me so who did it?!?!
I was overwhelmed with the quality of service provided to me when I needed help with storing my vehicle. Wayne was very courteous and went so far as to showing me where to catch a bus and what time to catch it. This company will be highly recommended by me. Their prices are quite reasonable also.
