Sentry Restore and Nick (the managing partner) were great! From the very beginning Nick patiently answered all my questions and explained the scope of the work. Another big name company with a local franchise had quoted me by many thousands of dollars higher because they claimed I'd also need a full encapsulation and dehumidifier to stop major water intrusion that caused the mold down there.
