I had the opportunity to use the mini storage. I had paid for a month. However as it turned out I only needed it for two days. Without any problem she refunded me the amount except for the two days. This occurred on two different occasions. She was very accommodating with no arguments or delays. She is a very honest person. I think her name was J Malcolm or the other lady.
