I spoke with Anna from the Howell, MI office and she was a pleasure to work with. Prior to speaking with her,bi had contacted two other agents and they were not able to help me or didn't even respond to my email. Anna was able to help right away, she didn't hesitate at all! Perhaps other agents should be trained by Anna.
I called to report an urgent leaky irrigation issue, and the phone was immediately answered by a real human who took immediate steps to address the problem.
As a resident on one of the communities they "maintain", this company is the worst. The ONLY thing they do is landscaping, but after that you can't even create your account to review payments, and such. As the builder holds the majority, they increase fees w/o any consensus, etc. Absolutely the worst.
Demi was fantastic! She was proffesional, polite, and very concerned about my issue. She was also patient, very thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Thank you Demi!
Funny how all these positive reviews all came in soo recently, most likely they are solicited to try to hide the negative ones. They are consistently the WORST to deal with. They no longer offer online payments with out a $3 monthly charge. Didn’t warn or tell anyone this would be happening. Only way to pay now is via snail mail and when asked if they would wave late fees for this they simply said “nope”. THEY ARE THE WORST!
