Received a prompt reply to a customer service request. Hannah did an excellent job resolving our issue and went way above and beyond in communicating with the board of directors on implementing a new policy to waive late fees for our community.

This company deserves ZERO stars. Blake Robertson is our community manager and is clueless when it comes to questions regarding our HOA fees and problems that need to addressed. I would call the office, send email directly to him and after 3rd notices he still would not answer my questions. Please don’t go with this company
