Our HOA Manager is always accessible, proactively communicates about key issues, and interacts well with our boats if Directors and Home Owners. There professional website for both Home Owners and Board Members makes finding information, making payments, or checking on work orders very efficient. A top notch Company!
Do not ever be a contractor under this business. Took over 6 weeks to be paid for a job that wasn't even done when they managed, but they managed funds. They lost my w9, with PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION! Nobody knows what they are doing at this place. Rhea never answered phone calls and lied about our w9. Finally were paid after we threatened small claims, they emailed us and said "we sent it to address on w-9"..... after you said you didnt have it??????? Wow! In regard to the modification approval process, Christine Popour is always most helpful, friendly and professional. In regard to the Annual Meeting this year, the repaving issue was well presented however some of our residents needed to listen to the facts. Their alternatives will only end up costing us more in the end.
