Terrible service! Do not live in any sentry buildings, they will let them fall apart around you and while dragging their feet for weeks
13 months with Sentry and 13 months of incorrect charges, missing utility charges, and/or misapplied payments, calls, promises, bogus late charges, talking to clueless reps, never getting a call back or when they do call back can’t address the issue, automated emails with subject Resolved and no reference to issue or how it was resolved and the problems will billing are carried over to the next month. Thankfully our membership voted to end our contract either them. We are done with Sentry in 2 months. No thanks to an apology... read more

Sheena Khoda went above and beyond to help me get a Status Letter that was stuck in bureaucracy red tape! She listened to my frustrations, genuinely apologized for the trouble I was having and stepped right in to fix the situation even though it was not her department that was causing the delay! Sentry should give Sheena a raise, a bonus and a promotion! They do not want to lose this diamond in the rough!!!
