Every time I try to book an appointment at the end of the month, they tell me to call back later because they don’t know the availability of the doctors the next month. I called Dec 29 for January and they couldn’t give me an appointment and told me to call back??
Very disappointing experience with this clinic. I visited over two weeks ago and the doctor gave me a requisition for blood work. She told me they would call once results were in, but I never received any follow-up. I finally had to call myself, and it was extremely difficult to even get hold of the doctor. When I did, I was shocked to learn she was going on vacation and showed no urgency or concern regarding my results. Even worse, there was no replacement female doctor available at this location. Absolutely HORRIBLE family Dr. Experience Been here a year and they just pass you around Dr to Dr. . Been waiting for an urgent scan which she promised me was marked urgent, I just called the hospital and they said it was not marked urgent. I asked dr 3 times if it was urgent and she said yes. A Dr lying to a patient is a huge NO. Booked 2 physicals and they look at my confused when I get there & told me there's nothing on the system for physicals. Still haven't got one til this day. Unprofessional ,unethical I am also a healthcare worker, but I had really bad experience with several times 1.My NT results did not come for a month.I have been calling for each day and they told me to wait.Actually,they didn’t follow up.I did myself and requested front staff to follow up as I am not able to get the results due to the policy.They didn’t provide that.Finally,I requested double marker to do as NT blood test results passed. 2.Personally,I went to clinic and waited hours together to fill modification form.Front ... read more
