Very unprofessional No communication Work orders never answered Street lights burn out for years No meetings about purchasing the homes Office is never open you drop your money for the homes in a door slot You never see anyone They are absolutely HORRIBLE management SLUM LORDS MAKING MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!NOT GIVING A DARN ABOUT THE RESIDENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are slumlords and will let your home rot away rather then fix it. So you have to move out for your safety. They also threaten to evict you if you question what they are doing.
