Don’t move here (3000 Sage Apts). The complex is not at all kept tidy. There is dog urine inside the common places. Cars are constantly stolen, broken into, and vandalized. The gate is broken more than it actually works. The management makes excuses for EVERYTHING they don’t care about the residents. No issues are ever resolved. 3306 s Fry rd. The retreat cinco Ranch en katy. Esta empresa compró y es un verdadero desastre. Todo se daño el personal que allí está en lanoficina es mal educado parece que no le gusta el trabajo. Tratan mal a los arrendatarios la señora Mary que era quien manejaba a la perfección y todo funcionaba se fue por la mala gerencia de esta firma. La primera oficina hay una mujer que trata mal a todo el que allí llega. Hoy a moverme de este sitio y le recomiendo lo renten allí. Todo sucio. Es un desastre total.

This company took over the Everlee apartment property in Tomball and it has been a problem ever since. The grounds are filthy with pet waste, the gates are always left open, despite paying for a gated community, and staff in the office never answer the phone.
