The worst experience ever. Lack of communication and professionalism from start to finish. They constantly blamed the technician—saying things like “he’s not here,” “we don’t know,” or “we have to wait for him”—instead of providing clear answers. No instructions were given at all. They assume people deal with pest issues regularly and know exactly what to do. Very friendly staff who really reassured me about how everything works and now I can have some peace of mind. Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who did my fumigation today, but he was super kind and understanding!!
