Entire staff is total personal and professional and caring. Also they are on time, again professional. I have always hated to go to dental offices since I was a kid, and was very, "anxious" when I went to Cowlitz first time. I have much work to be done, but I know, I will feel safe in their care. I have used more floss in the last 2 months than I have in the last 12 years. Shout out to Dr. Echols, and Summer and Tammy and Lisa and Liz and the front desk (Audry?) Good choice here for you care...Andy
