The company is a joke. The phone numbers they have listed no one answers and of course there’s no voicemail set up. Their contact is part of the website no one ever responds. I moved out of one of their properties three months ago and still have not received our deposit back. The property says “it’s being looked into” but now I’m not getting any response from them. By law they have thirty days and it’s almost 90.
I dont understand how I have been emailing the property mang for 2 weeks with no response. How do you speak to someone.
Terrible team of people. They fix nothing. Just constantly give you the run around. Been in apartment over a month with no AC and I have two children but they don’t seem to care at all. I had to buy my own window unit to at least keep my room cool because they wouldn’t offer me one. These are unsafe living conditions and all they care about is collecting money and constantly moving new people in without fixing old problems. I live in The haven at Chisholm trail and these people own the complex. Do not move here, the AC has been broken for months and they just keep putting a bandaid over it. I’m writing this on the 4th day without AC and keep in mind they refuse to actually call in a professional to fix an issue that’s been going on for literally 7 months. There is mold in the apartments as well and it’s been a whole week since the request has been put in and no one has came to see it or fix it.
