Review for The Ellington Apartments: under SPCP I applied for Apartment 1086 on the first floor at The Ellington with the understanding that it would be ready for move-in on July 1st. After paying all required fees, I came to view the unit and was informed by David Griffen that the apartment had damages that were previously undisclosed.
