My ins was not contacted and no approval gotten. I am expected to pay in full. Don't use! Letting Dr know as well
Apparently, this company has a problem keeping occupational therapy supervisors on staff. Without a supervisor, all of the OT therapists can no longer provide services. I am currently without service even though my insurance is authorized in home care. There doesn't seem to be a problem with physical therapy, only with occupational therapy. The director is not available to talk to. I would recommend that hospitals continue to look for alternate providers if you need in home therapy after your discharge.
Allie was wonderful. She was concerned but very perky. She pushed me every single day it made me want to do well. She gave me hope every single time I saw him. I couldn’t ask for more
Ali was excellent! She showed great care and encouragement for my husband during his therapy. She is a definite bright spot in a very difficult time.
