It was 8:30 am on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago when AJ and the dream team arrived to install my heat pump with 2 heads. They were finished by around 3 pm. The team was professional, respectful, honest and a delight to have around. They clearly enjoyed working with each other. When they finished everything had been cleaned up completely. AJ came to replace my hot water tank that one of the big names had installed incorrectly and against code. He arrived on time and was very professional. Amazing service would definitely recommend to anyone with HVAC problems.
We were referred to AJ @Sentinel Heating and Cooling by a friend. Day 1: I called AJ Wednesday morning to see if he can come by and do an inspection of our A/C. Sentinel has done amazing work twice now in my 120 year old downtown Toronto home. Their prices are better than any other HVAC company and I truly feel I can trust their work. The technicians are professional, kind and smart and replaced my boiler and hot water tank with a combi this week. We couldn’t be happier or more thankful for them!
