Had a large commercial building in Chattanooga. Interviewed 3 realtors, Tad was the most responsive realtor that exhibited a true desire to sell my building. Tad was very confident the property was worth much more than the other 2 realtors had recommended and he was successful in selling the property within 100 days. He was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend him.
