Working with Ted was a great experience. We were the buyers and he helped us with all the questions we had. Also he is very detail oriented gentleman and informative to get work done. I would recommend 100% working with him.
Tad Bromfield at Sentinel has been fantastic to work with. I had large commercial building to sell and Tad made it happen!! There was a lot of red tape and some complications that I won't get into here from a third party but with Tad, those obstacles were dealt with smoothly. I can't say how grateful I am to Tad and the service he provided the whole way through this journey.
