If I were you, I would have any of those homes INSPECTED from top to Bottom Inside and Out. Attics,Roofing,, Windows, Doors, Insulation, AC, Meters, Stucco, Finish work, Transitions, Fixtures Fit and Finish, Plumbing. EVERYTHING and not by their Inspector who probably turns a Blind eye. When it falls apart it is too late and your problem. Sure they are pretty but are they Built as well as they look?
