Very disappointing experience with this management company. Communication was extremely poor, and it often took over a week to receive a response. The service provided felt unprofessional and lacked transparency. Robert Najm, who represented himself as one of the owners, demonstrated very poor customer service and showed little concern for addressing client issues in a timely and professional manner.
