About this business

Stroll into the environs of The Sentinent Bean to get a load of the action that blitzes the large performance space within. Light snacks and fresh brews prove to be good companions as you take in movie screenings, live acts, literary hearings and even the occasional community discussion. The likes of panini sandwiches, home-baked scones, smoothies and desserts make the counters creak here—go in and ease the load!

super good food and polite staff... very popular, so go with patience in mind or go early. Coffee was great and food was too-- My mom tried her first vegetarian breakfast taco and loved it!

We stopped in on our way home for some vegan breakfast to go. The burritos were amazing and so were the potatoes and pastries. I only wish I could have made mutiple trips here while in Savannah. Easily the most fulfilling meal we had.

This is my all time favorite hangout, from all the places I've lived, this was the BEST. Coffee in the morning, music at night, Great Healthy food and treats, Progressive Conversations, everything in between. Just wish I was closer now. I'd move back to Savannah, just for the BEAN.

Bad panini, all bread, had high hopes, iced coffee is fine.

Love this place, especially since they brought in the local, organic corn tortillas!

I have spent a lot of time at The Bean throuout my ten years in Savannah. The food is great, the smoothies are great, but the best thing about it is the people...customers and staff alike. I have met wonderful people who I can honestly call friends. I live on Tybee Island now, so I miss my home away from home. Highly recommended.
