Dr Smith is wonderful
Dr. Is great and very personable. However, that is unfortunately where the professionalism and just basic human decency ends. I was unable to get any information or response on why an antibiotic was called in for me. I was met with disdain and a “huff” for even inquiring what type of skin infection it was. Then my medical chart must have been overlooked as they wrapped my leg from under the knee all the way to my toes. Continued from Olivia Embrey thing I know I’m about to go schedule the next week appointment & before myself and my young child (who was with me do to last minute emergency with sitter & was quiet and mannerly the entire time mind you) could leave the room the door comes bursting open with force and I am met with a older lady yelling and berating me telling me I couldn’t leave. The wound clinic is wonderful, on top of things with correct treatment. Now the Emergency room at RMH, well all I can say is poor, poor rating. Knowledge isn't spread out very well there.
