The front desk staff is not professional, friendly, or personable. The techs though are friendly and professional.
My scheduled mammogram was for 1pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and I had pre-registered online. Only 1 staff, Samantha, to check people in. She was already assisting another woman. I stood behind her waiting my turn for at least 15 min. A patient came in after me, Samantha asked her name and told her to have a seat. Then Samantha ignored me and called her up before me.
