Worst experience I’ve ever had for medical attention from beginning to end. After walking in, I was the only person in the lobby, the receptionist never acknowledged my presence. I waited about 5 minutes before she said anything. “ do you have an online appt.?” was how I was addressed. My wait was less than 2 minutes before ushered to the back. Vitals taken and then taken to a room. I waited 45 minutes before I was seen. Dr. came in, never introduced herself, checked both ears and said, oh, I’ll call in a prescription for yo... read more

If you do not offer X-rays on the weekend, then it should be listed on the website. NOT a yellow post-it at the counter. 2 out 3 times I have been to this location, I or the person I was with were turned away. Useless.

Do not go here if your issue involves anything near your private parts as they will turn you away without even looking at anything. I was told by the front desk they wouldn’t do anything about it before even checking with the doctor. Most doctors at least look and give proper advice on how to proceed if they see unable to help. Very unprofessional location. May as well drive a mile down the road to the brand new hospital. Lesson learned.

Waited almost 2 hours to be given meds and kicked out. The NP didn't spend any time listening to my symptoms or concerns. No private room to talk to a nurse about anything. Pushed through with no regard for my needs or questions. Had a secondary unrelated issue I wanted to discuss while I was there didn't even get a chance to say anything about it before I was kicked out. Incredibly dissatisfied with my care do not feel like my symptoms were explained or that I was given time as a human being.
