I had a very disappointing experience at this Sentara Urgent Care, primarily because of the customer service at the front desk. I came in looking for help and information about whether I might be pregnant. I understand that an urgent care may only offer a standard pregnancy test and that bloodwork may require an additional fee, but the way this was explained to me was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Terrible customer service and unresponsive to patient needs. I called 5 times and left messages the day after I was seen to follow up, no one answered and no one called back. I have seen the responses to other reviews so no need for anyone to respond with the sorry we didn't meet expectations and here is a form to fill out. No thanks!
