Everyone we came in contact with was so professional, friendly and pleasurable to deal with. Facility was very attractive, Clean and easy to reach our destination. Pleasant experience.
I'm suffering from cirrhosis and liver failure. Between the care I receive from Sentara, and Duke University Hospital, and the communication between the two, I fully trust Sentara with my health.
The drive drove in my yard to turn around instead of just backing out of the driveway. I have a drain pipe that runs along the side of my driveway. If he had messed it up it would have been very expensive.
I had go to urgent care for a redness on my face that felt like it was burning. I knew I was allergic to steroids, but had used a cream a few days before this that had a steroid in it. The Nurse Practitioner saw me and gave me a prescription and a treatment plan, it helped a lot. About 7days later it came back don’t know why. Went back with my eyes swelling up and my skin was hot. Everything was extremely clean. The front desk was very friendly and the Nurse Practitioner was wonderful. Got the problem handled and questions answered in a timely manner.
