Tried to schedule an appointment for sharp lower back pain after a recent car accident. She said I needed a referral by a pcp i explained that I did not have one and how would I do that if I did not she was dismissive and uncaring in her tone and said she didn't know in so many words she told me to go find one!!! What coldness and lack of empathy. Keep this in mind when attempting to go here.
