Let’s just say that when you’re in pain or feeling uncomfortable, you’re not always the most pleasant person. However, the staff here were very attentive to my needs, treated me appropriately, and did their jobs exceptionally well.My favorite part of my visits has been talking with the two receptionists at the front desk. Took a while to get an appointment but once there it is great. Nice atmosphere and friendly therapists! It’s a pleasure to see smiling faces, beginning with the lady that checks me in, and all the PTs are smiling and assisting those of us in pain! The exercises are geared to our ability, instruction for home use, and the facility is immaculate!
I can not say enough GREAT things about the appointment. Chris was absolutely outstanding making sure my mom was comfortable and never appeared rushed. Mary that helped with registration was so helpful and pleasant. Wonderful experience
