Horrible Doctor & practice. My daughter ran a temp of 103. We called the office before work hours & spoke w/their on-call nurse. We described the symptoms & was told an ER visit was not necessary. We had an appt the same day for our other daughter. On-call nurse told us to take our sick daughter in at the same time as the scheduled appt. & she would handle the rest. Dr. Sean Hesselbacher is truly the way all doctors should be. He is genuine and as a patient, I can tell he sincerely cares. On the patient portal, when I write a question or concern to him, it's actually Dr. Hesselbacher who responds vs. a nurse or an assistant. In addition, Dr. Hesselbacher even calls when I have questions vs. having a nurse or assistant call. The whole staff treated me like i was the only patient there and Dr. Winikur came in and really listen to what i had to say and has did more for me and trying to save me money for someone on a fixed income. I just wish he could treat me for my high blood pressure so i wouldnt have to see another dr.
This medical center is very clean and they use up to date technology when it comes to imaging. We encountered no problems with the processing of coverage on my insurance in this facility and everything was taken care off very smoothly.

The concierge is less than friendly. Is it wrong to have questions about my own health? She seemed exasperated that I called again just because I had some questions to see whether or not I needed a test. You wouldn't want to waste your money on something that you didn't need, would you? When I asked to cancel the appointment because I didn't need it, she replied "Oh my god!" and just hung up. What kind of service is that to your patients? I am a patient of Dr. Winikur's and I would like to say I have never been treated so kindly by a doctor. He actually sit down in the room with me and listened to my complaints and offered real treatments that would help me. I had the injections and I am happy to say I am pain free. I would recommend this doctor to everyone.
