I'm just now leaving the Emergency Room here at RMH. After entering, I thought, "how cool, they have seriously increased their security measures." Comforting, as my wife and grandaughter where back in Rm. 2 Then, I met Derrick (refused to provide a last name) the Security guard. I overheard him being a jerk to the elderly man in front of me.
