I also have been trying for 2 weeks To speak to someone in Fernando Maglaya's office to send my provider a prescription for my CPAP equipment. Have left many messages. I don't like this at it is irresponsible behavior when it comes to a person's health.

BEWARE THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE! SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 5 MONTHS AGO AND WHEN I CALLED WHEN MY APPOINTMENT WAS COMING UP THEY SAID UNFORTUNATELY YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED! HUH!!!! I DONT HAVE ANY RECORD ON MY END OF ANY CANCELLATION! NO MESSAGES AND NOTHING ON MYCHART! BIGGEST LIARS ON THE PLANET AND NO INTERGRITY! This place is trying my patience. I have been trying to get into contact with someone for weeks to schedule an appointment after my doctor sent in a referral. I have just sat on hold for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to answer the line. I called the appointment line and I was greeted with a message that stated that the servicer was away on business. This is absolutely baffling to me and I am truly concerned about the type of experience I will have when I /do/ finally get to schedule an appointment

I came to the clinic 2016. I have been on CPAP since 2009. I have been very pleased with the staff and quality of care I have received. The staff is always personable but professional.
