My sister was in a bad accident and everyone at this office has been kind, professional, excellent in my sister’s care and takes the time to answer questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this office.
GREGORY funky a** really pissed me off when I was late he told me I had to reschedule. But after I made my rescheduled appointment a guy came in late (later than I was) and he took him. Pushed what I got going on by 2 weeks!! He’s rude, don’t even speak when you come in. Just funky n lazy. *Note the gps will have you everywhere BUT here. I loved the rest of the staff.
Did outstanding work on my wife
I should've known better when scheduling the appointment. They tried to push me off to OrthoVirginia instead of trying to give me an appointment. I insisted on coming to them being that I've always delt with Sentara. Since my son was a new patient they asked that we come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I believe I made it 20 minutes.
