I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a front desk staff. The 2 women working the desk were conversing about their weekend that included playing cards and smoking marijuana. A customer approached the desk to check in and waited for 5 minutes while the women finished their conversation. Once they were done talking, they checked him in. I felt so bad for the man. I could tell he was in pain and those women could have cared less.
Each time I visit my experience have been very uplifting and the staff very caring and respectful
