This staff here is very unprofessional and rude to say the least. They are quick to give you an appointment or take your insurance but slow to give you any thing you need back in return. If you need any type of paperwork filled out go elsewhere for treatment. They don’t have time to do it or talk to you but they can talk about you after you leave I just witnessed it. It takes Sentara Orthopedics in Norfolk three weeks fill out medical leave paperwork to get back to my job. They take forever and are short staffed.
they don’t answer the phone is wild
These people have no regard of when you arrive why you are late( downstairs) parking, patients, and so much going on and they will still ahe you waiting and sitting for hours. It's ridiculous. You're in pain doesn't matter, the big time doctors and nurses scroll right past you in the waiting area to go get snacks drinks laughing and that's ok. This is a hospital. Our world man, our world
I was not treated at this office, but met with employees several times at this office in regards to administrative paperwork for my job and they have always been delightful to interact with. Thank you!
