I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy!! Sitting here in pain and they are at the nurse's station laughing and chatting. HELLO! I am a CNA and wouldn't tell the devil too come here!
The front older check in lady was the worst. She didn't even ask us if we traveled overseas. We asked about a color on our band, and she said I just assumed you had not traveled outside of the country. She also didn't document our reason for coming correctly. Very careless and not approachable to be the emergency first contact.
I had the worst hospital stay experience of my life. The nursing staff showed minimal compassion and care. At one point I was texting my friend to ask her to call the front desk and tell them that a patient needed help. The nurses would not respond to the call button and I was crying out in excrutiating pain. I finally had my daughter come spend the night with me because I was not confident the nurses on duty would even help me. I didn't dare ask a nurse to do anything to help me from that point on. Great hospital, wonderful staff, very great bedside manner, very personable, a big THANKS to the staff in ER, as well as the surgical unit on 3rd floor!!!
