I had a very good experience with having the MRI done of my knee. Kim took excellent care of me each step of the way. Caring and compassion is what I was shown and I was very proud of my hospital, as I too work there. Way to go Obici!! Two thumbs up!!
Comfortable environment...everyone was so friendly....my mom had the express treatment and is home recovering amazingly well!
The emergency room is awful. My Dad was brought in Monday by EMS after falling in his yard. They did a CT scan and discovered he broke his nose. We explained that this is the 2nd time he has fell lately. The er doctor decided to send him home knowing he couldn't stand, or walk. Knowing that he was slipping in and out of consciousness before being brought in. We ended up taking him back the next day where he sat for hours waiting to be seen. My expectations were not high, so I was pleasantly surprised. Never have I gotten through check-in and into a nurse and doctor so fast (of course that could have been the nature of my injury). I felt I was in excellent hands from the clerical staff to the nurses and doctor. The doctor was short on bedside manners, but that is not an expectation I have of an ER doc.
