First, it's not a secret that this is not a luxury nursing home. Also, my relative has been in there for more than 10 years. Do things go wrong? Yes! Does my mother have to stay on the staff? absolutely! But one doesn't dump their relative in any facility without realizing that that person is still you FULL responsibility. You do not keep them informed effectively.
