This review is on my Post-Op team for : Doctor Dana Adkins at: Sentara Neurosurgery Specialists. His post-op Nurse Practitioner’s name is: Jill Oles, NP-C. She was Phenomenal! Compassionate, showed me all of my Imaging before and after surgery. She made me feel so comfortable! I Love Her!!! Their needs to be more Nurse Practitioners like her!! I had the focused ultrasound procedure done 6 months ago on my right side. I couldn't have been happier with the results. The professionalism of Doctor Clark,her staff, is absolutely phenomenal I look forward to my second appointment on the 15th of this month to get the other side taken care of. I highly recommend Doctor Clark she is awesome
i went here for my first neurology appointment with sentara. i already didnt like going to sentara, but in march this was the only neurology appointment available anywhere. i have a hard time finding and trusting neurologists because FND is an extremely misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and mistreated disease, so searching for a good doctor that wont sit there and gaslight me is troubling. i cant remember the doctors name, but it was a tall, slim, younger indian man. i had high hopes that he consistently kept himself up to date o... read more
Stay away!!! Dr Clark does not know about brain issues or anything to do with intercranial hypertension. I walked out of my appointment rather than force myself into an intercranial hypertensive episode so they could gather evidence that one of my CSF leaks may not be fully closed. However, putting myself through that pain and then being able to drive was of no concern to Dr Clark. I would definitely seek care elsewhere.
