Was here in the ER from 7:00 PM to 12:30 AM last week and have absolutely nothing to complain about! All of the staff was so friendly, answered all of my questions, and met all of my needs.
Having dropped a kitchen knife into my foot, I also dropped by the Emergency Room here last night. I can't imagine a better experience, given the situation. People were nice, polite, professional, efficient, ... I'm running out of laudatory words. If you're going to stab yourself, try to do it near this place.
