Absolutely the worst patient service. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. It's like an endless death loop, with every selection leading you back to the start or to someone's voicemail. Grab a number, you will be waiting a while.
Called to set up a follow up appointment after being seen in the hospital. The phone messaging service kept looping back to the beginning, regardless the options I selected. Apparently no one is home?
