I have no issue with the office itself but paying the bill has been extremely difficult. I paid, Sentra sent a check back then sent my account to collections for the same amount they had just refunded. I reached out, they fixed it and now I am having the same issue. Reaching customer service is an absolute nightmare, placed on hold for 45 mins then the customer serviced called me back and left a voicemail asking me to call back the same number where I need to be back on hold. Absolutely the worst patient service. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. It's like an endless death loop, with every selection leading you back to the start or to someone's voicemail. Grab a number, you will be waiting a while.
Called to set up a follow up appointment after being seen in the hospital. The phone messaging service kept looping back to the beginning, regardless the options I selected. Apparently no one is home?
