If you are a pt with them and your doctor moves to another office like Dr. Jennifer Ware did they treat you like a new pt. My yearly appointment was coming up and so when I got the letter in the mail saying my doctor would be leaving the practice I called the front desk to see who would be seeing her pt's and was told no one. The rude lady at the front desk said you will have to be scheduled as a new pt and could not be seen till next year. I want to say, Dr. Ware is fantastic! She’s brilliant, enthusiastic, compassionate. She is the reason my daughter is hesitant to change to a different primary care doctor. My review is for the office. They have the worst system for phone calls. Then when you call, it’s difficult to get them to return the call. Also, I was having a hard time finding a specialist who took our insurance so the doctor could send a referral. I asked the woman behind the desk for assistance and she said she no. This office is impossible to get ahold of. They never returns phone calls (ie the clinical care team). Can’t get in for same day sick appointments or get questions answered on prescription medication reactions. Down right dangerous to prescribe and then be unavailable. It’s a shame because Dr Ware is lovely she just seems overwhelmed.
