everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful starting with the guys at the front door
I have recently had to use this emergency department a few times in 2026. I always feel like I'm getting personal care when I go there. Not just a number or a room. Both doctors are excellent.
The front desk staff was nice and quick and the only reason why this is not a 1 star review. Everything else was down hill. My mother has been sitting in an over flow room for almost 5 hours. They have not given her a bed, they will not give her updates, they will not let me sit with her saying there is no room despite it being half empty. The intake nurse was rude. Im so disappointed and disturbed by how the staff has treated my mother who has not eaten in 8 hours but still has not gotten any updates.
