Excellent customer service. Dr Rodriguez is wonderful! Really listens to you. Takes the time to explain treatment plan very throughly.
I would give them no stars if I could. I broke my hand last month & waited for a referral call. That call came on Sept 9 while I was at another appointment. I was left a voicemail to call back. I called at 1130 on Sept 10th & no one answered the appointment line. I left my own VM for them to call back. Fast forward to Sept 13th & still no call. Sentara Hand Surgery Specialists is located in a medical center just north of Sentara Leigh Hospital on Kempsville Rd. The ambulatory surgical center is in the building right next to this one. Depending on when you come, parking can get busy at times, but that's not surprising since it's right next to the hospital. The building is wheelchair accessible. Took me so long to get an intial appt. Then they called before I was supposed to come & said they had to push back another 2 wks because Dr. going on vacation. Finally got in there & was sent all the way to Norfolk for a nerve test. EVMS was fantastic btw. This place never bothered to follow up with me after that at all. They do not answer the phone. They are poor communicators or just don't care. I realize everywhere is busy but I will not go back. I wasted months on this place & they did absolutely nothing for me but waste... read more
Good service while inside the building but expect no assistance or return calls after or before your procedure. Can’t even get a prescription refilled without going in person to get it done.
