Jeffery Roy is absolutely amazing! Hands down the best GI provider I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Listens, cares, and takes the time to make sure you understand diagnosis and treatment plans. Very collaborative and a true joy to work with. Can not recommend him enough. While Sentara, in general, struggles with patient care and confusing policies (not to mention billing issues), Jeff is worth dealing with all that.
I have had all of my appointments with Molly Anadale at Sentara Gastroenterology Specialists, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She is always very thorough, attentive, and always takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. Her professionalism and caring demeanor makes me feel completely at ease. The entire team at Sentara Gastro was great, but Molly really stands out. Highly recommend her to anyone needing gastroenterology care! Her gameplan completely turned my health around!
VERY unprofessional! Canceled my appointment VERY last minute on Friday due to “system being down” the lady that called didn’t leave her name and called from a blocked number. Stated they would call me back as soon as possible for a new appointment, haven’t heard a word since then :) Before getting an appointment they didn’t get my first referral, and never called me for an appointment date or time.
I wish I could give them more stars ✨ ✨ ✨ ,Great group of staff members from check in through check out-professional & courteous. very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
