I meant to write this months ago. NP Glave is amazing! She is genuinely concerned for your health and wellness, listens and takes concerns seriously. It can be very difficult to find providers like that, but she makes the process easy and really explains things. The front desk staff is always pleasant as well and they're very helpful. I'm thankful I found this facility and it was well worth the waiting period for an appointment because they are wonderful here.

Most horrible front desk staff and scheduling team ever I will never take any business to Sentara I will always use riverside everytime you call it’s a 40 minute wait just to say you need an appointment with your doctor this is not my first bad review these people never monitor these calls and see how these workers are doing us so every chance I get I will write a bad review and I will tell the honest truth to any person I see dealing with Sentara most horrible place for Virginia. Never answer the phone and this problematic for anybody that needs to get anything done as far as transferring paperwork or just asking general questions. Extremely frustrating. Leave voicemails and nobody returns my calls. Extremely disappointing. Glave is an amazing doctor btw this isn’t a bash on her. It’s the front desk who I have a major concern with.
