Apparently this is not a walk in clinic even though they say it is. I walked in 10 minutes after opening with a sick child and was told I couldn’t be seen until 11:15. What a joke. There was only one other person in the waiting. How does that equate to waiting for 3 hours?
Requested blood pressure medication refill on the 18th June, Denied, requested again on the 20th of June, no response, went to office on the 21st of June, told reason for denial was I had not been seen in the office in over a year, the lady did not have a clue what she was talking about, I was seen by a very experienced nurse from Norfolk in that office that was helping out while the office was short staffed on December 14th 2023, when she was told that, I was told the nurse who denied the request did not work in that office... read more
