“Jerry” who answered the phone was very very rude. I’m not sure what his title or problem is but he needs to be fired or retrained. Terrible customer service.

If possible Avoid Carrie Ziemer, PA. She is arrogant and condescending. Today she phoned me and said she hadn’t seen me since the fall. I then reminded her she saw me on July 2nd at the First Colonial office. I left paperwork that required either her or Dr Grammas’ attention. She told me today as well as 07/02 she was deferring the paperwork to Dr G. She told me he was out of the country returning next week. So I have no idea if and when the paperwork will EVER be completed. To me Ms Ziemer said a lot of words without addres... read more
