The staff is always pleasant and efficient. If you have to come to a hospital Belle Harbour is the place
I was taken back fairly quick. Came in very sick and had to sit in a recliner that only reclined at feet. For that fact alone I will not come back. I needed to lay down and they said no beds. I’m not sure if there are none or they just wouldn’t let me have one.
RecommendedThis is a great place to receive medical help. The doctors and nurses are great and very thorough.
Dr Walter’s and his team are the best, shout out to Marquita and Danielle. You all have the best customer service in the world.
Have been here a few times and my husband and older daughter as well.The nurses and all staff are so good. You can tell they love their jobs and taking care of patients is top priority. Today our 10 year old had to be seen and they were all so very good to us both. It is good to know when we can’t be seen by our primary and there is an emergency urgent need they are there to help.
Emergency room staff are outstanding
Just don't come during change of shift or if they had a busy night the night before because you don't matter to the front desk staff when you walk in the door or to the nurses trying to go home from working all night.
Very friendly fast service.
