I went to this office for about three years. Over those three years I was switched I believe to four different providers. Either they get terminated or they resign I’m not sure what is happening. My favorite one that I saw for probably the longest left abruptly, no letter saying she was leaving..nothing. So by the time I was getting switched to the fourth person I decided it was time for me to move on and seek treatment elsewhere. Dr. Rizvi is absolutely amazing. I have been seeing him for years now and he handles my anxiety and depression with such care. He also challenges me when I am not doing the things I should be doing regarding taking meds and counseling. He has helped me immensely and I am so glad to have found him.
I love Sentara, I love coming here for my meds needs. But the radio station playing in the lobby is entirely inappropriate. This is a mental health facility and they have a radio station on that plays ads that tell the listener they're in a simulation and to wake up.
I saw Christine .She did a great job for me She took her time and listened to me I have anxiety and I finally got put on a load data station for it.Untiling a lot better now I guess we all have our opinions of who we like and don't like
staff always friendly and helpful!! love the doctors too they’re always helpful.
