My husband was sent here from Sentara obici to Norfolk general for an abscess that was closing his throat on 12/11/2019. They keep pushing off his surgery so many times I can't even count. Some of the nurses are rude and act as if they don't want to be bothered. Today is 12/13/19 the nurses said he would go into surgery about 5 , well its 7:41 so I guess we're going to be here in a couple of more days at least. I hope his insurance covers everything. RecommendedThank You so much for taking care of Ma today. We were in the ER in no time and each of her nurses included two of her doctors took care of her so gently and with such respect. Compared to another hospital in the area (that we will never go to again!) hand's down you all get 5 stars. Even the staff that cleans helped escort us out and to our car. Again, thank you infinitely for your swift care at such a short, unexpected, random hospital visit.
