reaching customer service is an absolute nightmare, placed on hold for 45 mins then the customer serviced called me back and left a voicemail asking me to call back the same number where I need to be back on hold.
I love Sentara it has always been my number hospital especially the staff and the cardiac unit is out of this world!!
I went there did the hearing test, it took almost a month to hear back from them and when I did they really didn't offer any explanation as to what was going on only thing they did was try to set an appointment for another visit without letting me know what they would be doing at the visit.
I was Hospitalized for 8 days due to a bad intestinal infection. I was treated very well by the entire staff. The food was good and they tailored my menu to vegan easily.
