This is an amazing place to learn and grow. The staff is beyond nice and make you feel welcome immediately. I was especially impressed bc Ronni the owner took time out of her Saturday night, just to teach this Bostonian and I learned a lot :)....thank you !!!
Nanette has been a great leader in my fitness journey. The silks class is truly amazing. I have found no other regular fitness regimen that gives me this. I can feel myself getting stronger, but my current weight doesn't hinder the strengthening. My back and my knees are not sore after because i have a spotter in the silk to help me become stronger! This class has changed my life. Thank you, and book early!
