The promised $30 gift with purchase did not arrive and the product is poorly quality. I found the same product on Temu $40 cheaper. When asked for assistance I was told the gift is randomly selected and bad luck basically and thanks for your understanding. I would not recommend buying from this company

Amazing customer service and great products! After Auspost made a mistake and lost our parcel, Sensory Tools was super quick to respond and get a new one out to us despite Auspost not fixing the problem. I really appreciate the quick response and friendly customer service.
