This company is absolutely horrible! I've experienced problem after problem with them and their devices. Most recent issue was THEIR employees fault. I got sent a new device because the one I had was not working properly. The employee who sent the device to me put the monthly calibration dates in reversed. So I had to go in earlier to get it calibrated was at the calibration place for an hour because they had to call sensolock to fix the dates causing me to be an hour late to work!!! It seems like this is a company that needs to investigated by the AG of CT. Everyone that has a device installed by them has had issues. They range from stall out while driving, non starts, to false readings. Only this place. The other installers don’t have this issue. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
WORST COMPANY EVER! There devices will read alcohol in your system even if you starve yourself all day until you know you don’t have to drive anymore. No one will help you they just charge you $55 three times a month and can’t even tell you why other than “it must be alcohol” I have had nothing but issues and it only happens when you have one month left. Just be prepared to be broke for the rest of your life and never have it removed.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I had an interlock ignition device installed in my car and it has broken down three times in the past two months I’ve had it. They send out replacement products that do not work. And then you have to pay to get it towed to the shop again. I’ve had to miss work on multiple occasions. Worst company and products. I recommend going with anyone else other than Sensolock. There are plenty of options out there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Criminals and cheats suggest anywhere else. They give you faulty equipment, they aid in working DMV to lie and cheat you and overall they will pretend to be helping with a hand in your pocket! Lost my job and cost me bunch extra due to their poor equipment and being manipulated by state
