Worst experience ever! I went to this store today, Aprill,2014 for the first.The minute I walked in the door with my grandchdaughter, the sales clerk (or whomever she was )immediately told me to "grab the child's hand" and proceeded to "police" the entire shopping visit. She saw my granddaughter who's two standing with me and her aunt and cousins and said she "can't take it! Either hold her hand (she was held or hand held durinv the visit) or leave".
