Julie and her team are all amazing! She stays on top of her service contracts (which are affordable compared to others we shopped) and anytime I have needed something she has responded immediately and scheduled a service call when necessary. She is honest, if something doesn’t need to be fixed or replaced she doesn’t push it on us just to make extra money. Great customer service, 5 stars all the way around. I am so glad we went with Sensible Solutions over any other company
