My a/c unit stopped working, needed a new compressor. I contacted many different companies to give a quote, most places tried to sell me a new unit. I actually hired a different company and they said they'd start the process but forgot about me. Sensible was not only the lowest quote, but the also the most friendly and quickest. The day they picked up the compressor they came and installed it. Amazing work and service! Thank you so much!
I have a dual-zone w/two HVAC units at home - BOTH air handler blower motors and one of the thermostats were fried in a recent weekend heat wave/electrical storm. Sensible was at my door early Monday morning and had one unit fixed in less than an hour - (YES!) - and had the other fixed by noon the next day! Acumen, professionalism, and courtesy. He came out in single digit temp weather this past winter and fixed my heating system. The follow day it didnt fail, but had a fault after he fixed it. He was back out at my place following day and was resolved it without an extra charge. Worked since and no problems. I was impressed with his skills, professionalism, and his resolve, I made it a point to drop a check off in his mailbox to ensure he was paid.
These guys were great. They were able to come the same day as I called. Once they arrived, they were very thorough and explained every issue that was going on. They were able to fix it, and I believe they charge reasonable prices with strong value.
Highly recommend! Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
